With a delay in the delivery of visas the Belarusian authorities tried to stop the meeting of the Steering Committee of the Civil Society Forum for Eastern Partnership that was scheduled in Minsk on the 4th and 5th of April 2011.

The second edition of the European Assises of decentralised cooperation for development was held in Brussels on March 29-30.

ALDA is preparing an Evaluation Report on Active Citizenship. This report will include a detailed description of ALDA’s concept, methodology and activities concerning Active Citizenship.
