Matteo is the HR Manager of ALDA. He is in charge since april 2020 and he has 10 years of experience in Human Resources of non-profit organizations.
He has previously been working for over 9 years as head of the office in an association of private schools, and before he has been working as a consultant for 2 years in a payroll service. At the beginning of his career, he worked as an accounting officer in a lead Italian bank.
He holds a Master’s Degree in “Administrative Science” from the University of Trieste and in 2018 he obtained a Master’s Degree in “Human Resources Management” at Fondazione CUOA.
Italian native speaker, Matteo speaks English fluently and has a good knowledge of German.
