Elisabetta joined ALDA in July 2024 through the Universal Civil Service programme, and she is now part of the team in Vicenza as a Project Designer.

She holds a Master’s degree in European and International Studies from the University of Trento, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Parma. Additionally, she completed an Executive Master in Leadership for International Relations and Made in Italy at the Italy USA Foundation.

Before joining ALDA, Elisabetta collaborated with a local newspaper in Italy and volunteered for a Romanian NGO, contributing to projects focused on lenity and digital skills.

Her main fields of interest include political communication, gender studies, and migration.

Elisabetta ha iniziato a lavorare come Assistant Project Developer presso ALDA (Servizio Civile Universale) nel luglio 2024, per poi proseguire la sua collaborazione a partire da Agosto 2025 come staff.

Ha conseguito un Master in “Studi europei e internazionali” presso l’Università di Trento. Ha inoltre conseguito la laurea triennale in “Scienze Politiche e Relazioni Internazionali” presso l’Università di Parma e un Executive Master in “Leadership per le Relazioni Internazionali e il Made in Italy” presso la Fondazione Italia USA. Ha lavorato come collaboratrice editoriale per un giornale locale in Italia e recentemente ha fatto volontariato per una ONG rumena sviluppando progetti su “Lenità e competenze digitali”.

I suoi campi di interesse sono la comunicazione politica, il genere e gli studi sulle migrazioni.

Elisabetta a commencé à travailler en tant qu’assistante au développement de projets chez ALDA (Service civil universel) en juillet 2024.

Elisabetta est titulaire d’un master en “Études européennes et internationales” de l’Université de Trente. Elle a également obtenu une licence en “Science politique et relations internationales” à l’Université de Parme et un master exécutif en “Leadership pour les relations internationales et Made in Italy” à la Fondation Italie-USA. Elle a travaillé comme collaboratrice éditoriale pour un journal local en Italie et a récemment fait du bénévolat pour une ONG roumaine, développant des projets sur « la bienveillance et les compétences numériques ».

Ses domaines d’intérêt sont la communication politique, les questions de genre et les études sur la migration.
